In an effort to assist students to reach the highest levels of academic achievement, our faculty will utilize teaching strategies aligned with the Core Curriculum, including cooperative learning, thematic teaching to promote achievement through discovery, investigation and exploration. We will provide students with a wide variety of opportunities to become informed, responsible citizens in our rapidly changing technological society. We will promote positive collaboration between Webster's faculty, parents, community members and other stake holders in an effort to increase partnerships that will result in increased student achievement and social growth for our students. At Webster, our goal is to ensure a learning environment where EVERY child will reach the advanced or proficient levels in Philadelphia's standards based academic program.
