Parental Permission Slip

This Trip Permission Slip is required for all student trip participation. Please download, print, complete and return to school. 

Extracurricular Activities

Please check our Extracurricular Activities flyer which is sent home quarterly. We offer a variety of after school sports and clubs at various times during the school year. We are constantly adding more. Consult the handbook to view academic and behavior eligibility requirements for extra-curricular activities.

No Child Left Behind Information

One of the requirements of NCLB (No Child Left Behind) is the production of school report card that display student achievement data. NCLB requires that parents have access to this data.
