• Extracurricular (EC) programs:

  • tutoring or mentoring activities require a S-19, student sign-in sheet, and a quarterly report documenting the students' progress, grades and attendance
  • each activity will be allotted a specific number of hours based on student involvement and needs
  • compensation will be at the contractual rate for the number of hours allotted the activity, principal allocates EC hours based on the quality and structure of each EC proposal

  • The School District Student Use of Media permission form must be filled out by the Parent or Legal Guardian of a student prior to using a student’s picture, voice, video and/or full name on the School District or an individual school’s website.  Permission is also needed to post student work on the website.
  • The School District Individual Use of Media permission form should be filled out by any individual, including staff members, prior to using an individual’s picture, voice and/or video on the School District or an individual school’s website.
