Website Posting Policy

• Please contact the UCHS Web Publisher with any feedback or additions to the website, including photos of events or activities at the school.
• Material sent for posting may be edited according to School District's website policy and guidelines.
• Do not email or upload photos, video or voice or student work to the internet without completing the School District Use of Media permission forms, return completed forms to school secretary in the main office:
  • The School District Student Use of Media permission form must be filled out by the Parent or Legal Guardian of a student prior to using a student’s picture, voice, video and/or full name on the School District or an individual school’s website.  Permission is also needed to post student work on the website.
  • The School District Individual Use of Media permission form should be filled out by any individual, including staff members, prior to using an individual’s picture, voice and/or video on the School District or an individual school’s website.
