Philip H. Sheridan Elementary

Hello Parents and Guardians,

The school year is well underway and even with the budget cuts, everyone has worked together to make it work somehow and for that, I thank you. The next item to tackle is your support at home with homework and getting your child to bed early so we can reduce the number of lateness.

Breakfast is served from 8:30-8:45 and Dr Hite, the School Superintendent, agrees that a child learns best when he has been fed breakfast to jumpstart his/her school day.

Emergency Contact Forms have sent home and must be returned by the child inmediately. In case of an emergency, we MUST be able to reach you.

Lastly, ask your child's teacher how you can volunteer at Sheridan. parents who get involved have children that achive academic success.

Ms. Awilda Aguila
