Message from the Principal

Welcome Back to Sheridan!

     As your new principal, I would like to welcome you all back! Sheridan is a warm and inviting school with equally warm and dedicated teachers and staff. I look forward to getting to know your child (ren) by name and conversing with you around the school, in the schoolyard and in the office.

     Parent volunteers are welcome. Please ask for an informational packet in the main office.

Expectations

     It is the expectation that you send your child to school ready to learn. Your child is expected to arrive at their line on time, in uniform, everyday.  Promptly at 8:30 AM, all children will enter the building, eat breakfast and socially participate in a classroom meeting.

     Another expectation is that your child strictly adhere to the 5 B’s: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Positive, Be a Peacemaker, and Be an Active Learner. Insisting that your child (ren) follow the 5 B’s will directly contribute to the environment needed to promote appropriate social experiences and academic excellence.
