Graduation and Promotion Requirements

1st Grade-3rd Grade

Reading
Must be on grade level for promotion.  Instructional Reading Levels Required (based on DRA):

• 1st Grade: J
• 2nd Grade: M
• 3rd Grade: P 

Math
Students must receive a 2, 3, or 4 in math in order to be promoted.

4th Grade

Reading
Must be on grade level for promotion.  Instuctional reading level must be on 5th grade at end of year.
 

Math and Science
Must have an A, B, C, or D for final report in order to be promoted. 

Complete school district promotion and graduation requirements.

Permission Forms

Field Trip Slip

This form is for families to complete for a trip if the slip sent home from school has been misplaced. 

Media Permission Slip

This form is for families to authorize use of their child's work, voice, and pictures on the web.
