School Hours

Arrival Time: Line up 8:15 a.m.

Dismisal Time: 3:00 p.m.

Arrival Procedures

1. Students are expected to line-up with their class at 8:15 a.m. Children are not considered late until 8:21 a.m. Children go directly to their classroom. Please do not send your child to school before 8:15 a.m. as there will be no adult supervision prior to that time.  

2. Upon arriving on the playground, all students are to line up immediately in their assigned line. All teachers will meet their students on the playground and will walk them quietly to class. Breakfast will be served in all classrooms from 8:21-8:35 only. It is important for students to arrive on time. 

3. Staying after school: Teachers may keep children after school for extra help, makeup work, or detention. Teachers should notify parents in advance if a child will be kept after school. 

Early Dismissal

If unforseen circumstances occur, parents must submit a written request for early dismissal to the prinicipal. You can send your request with your child and instruct him/her to give the request to his/her teacher. Whenever possible, please try to schedule doctor's appointments during non-school hours. Unless there is an extreme emergency, please do not request your child to be dismissed early from school after 2:30 p.m.
