Ink DrinkersMrs. Jennings, retired library instructional media assistant (LIMA), formed the Ink Drinkers in the aftermath of the first Harry Potter book. The Ink Drinkers consists of students from grades 5 to 11 who are interested in reading and discussing books. Meeting at lunch time each Tuesday, the group explores such titles as Where the Red Fern Grows to The Book Thief. Mrs. Jennings nurtures this book community through activities as special lunches, holiday programs, and movie trips, culminating with The Book Talk Breakfast at year’s end. To join the Ink Drinkers, students need to sign up and come with their lunches to the library on Tuesdays each week. The Cocoa Bar /Masterman Teen Advisory Board
