High School Symphony Orchestra
The high school orchestra is made up of accomplished musicians in grades 7-12. Students rehearse on Tuesdays and Thursdays before school and perform a varied repertoire of music. Music includes professional symphony orchestra pieces and popular favorites. The Masterman High School Symphony Orchestra is one of the few remaining groups of its kind in this area and includes about 60 students.
High School Jazz Band
The Masterman High School Jazz Band is made up of students in grades 9-12. The High School Jazz Band plays both funk music and jazz standards. They will perform at our Winter Concert and our High School Spring Concert. The High School Jazz Band also performs at special events throughout the school year. Middle School Jazz Band
The Masterman Middle School Jazz Band is made up of students in grades 5-8. The Jazz Band plays jazz standards as well as funk and rock music. The Jazz Band rehearses after school on Tuesdays. The Middle School Jazz Band's performance schedule will include our Winter Concert and our Middle School Spring Concert.
Middle School Concert Band
The Masterman Middle School Concert Band is made up of students in grades 5-8. The Band rehearses during guidance on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Music includes classical and popular favorites. The Band has grown to close to 100 students. The Middle School Concert Band's performance schedule will include our Winter Concert and our Middle School Spring Concert.
