Message from the Principal

Dear Mastbaum Students and Parents:

 

Welcome to Mastbaum Area Vocational Technical School or better known as Mastbaum AVTS, located just off the "El" stop at Kensington and Allegheny in Philadelphia.

 

Mastbaum AVTS has much to offer our students. We have a full academic component allowing all our students the coursework needed for a post high school experience. In addition to the academic program, we offer ten wonderful Career and Technical Education programs.

We also have a complete after-school program that includes many sports, choir, Aspira, dance, drill team, cheerleaders, chess club, and after school academic programs both for enrichment and for tutoring.

Take a virtual journey of our programs. You will find that Mastbaum offers more than most high schools!
