Message from Principal Mr. Wilson

Welcome to the Leeds Middle School website.  The administration and dedicated staff at Leeds intend to guide our students into becoming productive citizens socially, emotionally and educationally.  It is our responsibility to provide the educational climate necessary for all students to be successful.
 

General Info

The 2012-2013 School Year will run from September 7, 2012 to June 21, 2013. 

The School Day begins at 7:43 AM and ends at 2:47 PM.  On early dismissal days the starting time will remain the same; however, dismissal time will be 12:00 PM.  Students will be admitted into the building through the cafeteria as early as 7:15 AM - for the Breakfast Program.

All students are expected to go to their advisory classroom and remain there until the start of first period at 8:03 AM.  There will be no loitering in the halls.  Students will start being marked late after 7:53 AM and will be required to get a late pass.  Detentions will be issued for students arriving late to school.

All students are expected to come to school every day on time.  If a student is absent from school, a note signed by a parent must be brought to school the next day present indicating the dates and reason for absence.  A doctor's note must be submitted to your advisor for extended periods of illness.

Students must to come to school in uniform daily Leeds logo shirt and khaki pants and for girls skirt or jumper. Leeds logo shirt can be purchased in the main office. Students can purchase shirts at lunch period or after school.
