Francis Scott Key School "Links to Learning"

Message from the Principal

We are excited that December is finally here!

There are many special events that will take place at Key School this month.  From our eagerly awaited Student Council elections, Computer Science Week's - Hour of Code, to our Holiday Bazaar, Kindergarten and Fourth Grade Polar Express Day, and annual Winter Concert, we have so much to enjoy together over the next few weeks.  Special thanks to our staff for their extraordinary efforts in organizing our first ever Student Council and their hard work preparing student candidates for the election. I would also like to thank our parent volunteers, teachers, and staff for their invaluable assistance in planning the Holiday Bazaar.

As the new principal of Francis Scott Key, I'm thrilled to be joining such a great school community with wonderful students, staff, and families.  Together with all dedicated stakeholders of the school, I will continue to ensure that Key School is a place where every single person feels valued, safe, and welcomed.  It will be my top priority to continue the high expectations set forth by the school and my belief that every student can learn and reach their highest potential if provided the right supports and opportunities to be challenged.

From all of us at Francis Scott Key Elementary, we wish you and your family, a beautiful and joyous holiday season.
