Thank you for your support at our 15th Annual Raffle Night!  It was a great night and many supporters walked away winners.  H&S would like to thank all of the parents, students, teachers, staff as well as the Principal, Ms. Chestnut, for all of their hard work to help make this a successful event.  H&S was able to raise approximately $7300 for our great school due to the generosity of the contributors and all of people who attended the raffle.  We would like to see more of our own AS Jenks parents there next year so if you attended please spread the word that a great time was had by all! 

Fun Fair – Wednesday, May 15th 

The AS Jenks Fun Fair will be held on Wednesday, May 15th (rain date 5/16/13) during the school day in the school yard for the children and their families.  There will be games, food and fun for everyone.  H&S cannot hold this event without many volunteers.  We are still in need of volunteers at this time.  Please see the attached Fun Fair ticket form.  This also has the schedule for the classrooms.  Please look it over and inform H&S when you are able to volunteer during that day.  If we do not receive an adequate number of volunteers for this event, it will be canceled. Please try to offer your support.

H&S Officer Elections -   H&S will be asking for volunteers to run for H&S office.  All positions will be open for election this year.  We will be handing out a letter explaining each position.  If you are a current member of H&S Association and would like to run for office please contact the H&S office.
