The Home & School Association would like to thank everyone who helped with the Fun Fair! It took a lot of people to make it happen and you, the parents, were a huge part of that. The kids had a great time and it was thrilling to see how excited they were on that day. We have received some great suggestions to make next year even better. Thank you to all.

• Several of our H&S officers will be leaving their positions this year. H&S is looking for volunteers to fill the following positions; Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President. If you are interested please submit a small biography stating your qualifications and why you want to hold this office. Remember, the bios are due to the H&S office no later than May 25th. Elections will be held the week of May 29th. Please contact H&S if you have any questions.

• Are you clipping BOX TOPS? Our Box Tops contest will end on June 1st so be sure to submit them before that date. Your child’s class can win a water ice party….and remember to keep saving through the summer. Encourage friends and family to save them too. They really do add up! A.S. Jenks received over $2500 from Box Tops this year. Thank you for your support!

• Please visit DonorsChoose.org to help Mrs. Norton raise money to help her classroom. You can donate to her cause on this site and see the impact your donation has for her classroom. Her request is called ‘Creating Readers’ and is designed to encourage her children to love to read. This is a wonderful way to help one of Jenks’ great teachers.
