Message from Principal Calderone
Welcome to the new and improved website of the Warren G. Harding Middle School! This has already been an exciting year for us here at Harding. Our students made significant improvement in their performance on last year’s PSSA tests and received an award from the East Region for their performance. In addition to improved test scores and this new website, we have just opened three small learning academies within our school. Our Academies are CAPA (Creative and Performing Arts), BETA (Business, Enterprise, Technology and Accounting), and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). These academies give our students the opportunity to find talents they may not have known they possessed and also to further develop their existing strengths.
We have already been featured in the Philadelphia Tribune’s Learning Key excerpt. The Harding Middle School Newspaper has been launched. I encourage you to check back on this website frequently for important announcements pertaining to our students and families. We at Harding hope to use this website as another method to improve communication with our students, families and community members. We hope that everyone who visits this website will share in our excitement of all the great things that are happening at Harding! As always, please remember that at Harding we are One School, One Community, and have One goal.
