Promotion and Graduation Policy

One of the goals of the School Reform commission is for students to achieve at the Proficient level or beyond in reading, mathematics, and science.  In order to assist students with these  expectations, this policy provides for increased and systematic classroom supports, via the comprehensive Student Assistance Process (CSAP).  Failure to provide these supports jeopardizes the successful implementation of the Promotion and Graduation Requirements.

Our extracurricular activities take place during the students' lunch time so all children can be included. The following activities are available:

The Fox Chase Academics Plus School also has a choir and an orchestra which perform at different times of the year for the community and the school.

Home and School Connection

The Fox Chase Home and School Association is an active part of the school family and consists of a group of dedicated parents who are interested in enriching their children's education. The Home and School sponsors fundraisers throughout the year to raise money for critically needed supplies and equipment for classrooms and support staff.

We host several school events, including Lunch with the Principal for students of the month and Play Day. We also host several parent outreach workshops each year to help inspire and engage parents to take active roles in their children’s education. We at Fox Chase pride ourselves on educating and nurturing our students’ intelligence, creativity, and wellbeing.

Membership is open to all parents and guardians of students enrolled at the school and staff members of Fox Chase School.
