Permission Forms

The Website Permission Form allows you to give or deny permission for your child's image, voice, video or full name  to be used on the website, if it is requested of you.

Extracurricular Activities

The F. S. Edmonds School is proud to offer a variety of clubs and activities. Your children are invited to participate in the following clubs to enhance and encourage their interests and needs:
