Welcome to the Cayuga Elementary School's web site. Cayuga Elementary School is a place where parents and staff work together.
Cayuga Elementary School is a multi-culturally diverse school serving students from K-5th grades. We are committed to providing a safe and an academically challenging environment that also offers our students the positive citizenship skills to develop capabilities for leadership in the 21st Century. We will promote high proficiency academic levels through the use of the Core Curriculum set by the School District of Philadelphia in cooperation with our community.
You are always welcome at Cayuga. Please stop at the security desk on the mezzanine level when you first come into school. You can also call to make an appointment to see any staff member. If you wish to make an appointment to see your child’s teacher, send in a note with your child to give to the teacher and the teacher will call you to address your concerns.

Points of Pride
Cayuga is a K - 5 Elementary School in the AD 5-Elementary Academic Division with approximately 500 students. Cayuga prides itself in having a wonderfully diverse student population. We consider our warm and highly professional staff one of our best resources. Cayuga views parent involvement as a key component to its success. It has an active Home and School Association. It continues to make AYP (Adequte Yearly Progress), and it is among the Best Practices Schools.
