Permission Forms

• In order for students to go on trip with their class a Trip Permission Form must be filled and and signed by a parent/guardian. This form may be downloaded by clickiing on the Trip Permission Form link. (File will open with Adobe Reader.)
• The Student Internet Image Permission Form is required before Internet images of a student or student work can be used.

Extracurricular Activities

• Power Hour -Math and Reading support and engaging enrichment activities for your child are offered every Monday through Thursday at Carnell. All classes are taught by certified teachers and specifically designed to reinforce lessons being taught in the classroom.
