Our Vision
Beeber Middle School will equip our students with the skills necessary to show mastery in English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies through Standards-Based instruction involving Constructivist teaching and learning. Constructivism is a theory about knowledge and learning that includes building on prior knowledge, engaging students in active learning by using graphic organizers, Inquiry-Based learning, I--Searches and Reader’s and Writer’s workshops. Students will develop self-determination, responsibility, character and civic awareness.
Our Mission
The mission of Beeber Middle School is to provide equal opportunities for all students to develop the necessary academic skills and attitudes to fulfill their civic duties and to become active contributors to society and the work force. We will develop our students as life long learners so that they may have the option of entering the work force and/or pursuing higher education.
Principal’s Points of Pride
Principal Joseph Starinieri takes great pride in having partnered with Bryn Mawr College and Saint Joseph’s University in proving mentoring programs, tutoring programs and incentives for Beeber students. In addition, our school prides itself as having an outstanding choir and instrumental music program.
