The Baldi Middle School, located in Northeast Philadelphia is presently in its 30th year of operation. The school, on Verree Road, South of Alburger Avenue, is located in an area, of single, twin, and row houses. The surrounding area has some light industry along with the local high school (George Washington High School), several hospitals and a police and fire station.
