Basic Information
The school recently received a federal grant to convert the school to a project-based learning model. The students will learn through real-world projects, utilize many new forms of technology, and collaborate with community and corporate partners in their educational endeavors.
The school has installed a new computer lab, Promethean boards and laptops in each classroom as part of the conversion.
The school also boasts a newly completed cybrary, a state of the art research facility equipped with laptops, book and DVD stacks, plus small and large-group instructional areas. The cybrary exists through a partnership between the District and the Bache-Martin Home & School Association, and will form a cornerstone of the project based learning program.
