2.2 State Regulations

1. School Code 1361 0f Act 372: When provision is made by the District for (free) transportation of public school pupils…the District shall make identical provision for (free) transportation of pupils who regularly attend non-public schools.

2. School Code 2114 Prohibitions: Changed by the Salvatore Amendment.  School Districts of the first class shall not discontinue transportation to non-public school students which were in effect on May 1, 1988, as long as said district continues to provide transportation to public school students at corresponding levels. 

3. Act 36 of 1999: Where provision is made for transportation for charter school students…school districts of the first class shall also provide transportation for the students…as any students of the district for whom transportation is provided under any program or policy to the school of the district
