The ADVANTAGE Help Desk

The Systems Administration Unit (SAU) offers and operates a dedicated ADVANTAGE Financial and HR/Payroll System Help Desk. This dedicated communication avenue is designed to eliminate any uncertainty you might have in deciding who to call when you have an issue with the Advantage System. The Advantage Help Desk can be reached:

The Advantage Help Desk is monitored during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Any e-mails or faxes received after 4:30 PM or during the weekend will be addressed the following business day.

The ADVANTAGE Help Desk and Information Technology’s Computer Desktop Support Help Desk are independent of one another.  Although the Computer Desktop Support Help Desk will gladly route your issue accordingly, please submit all ADVANTAGE System issues directly to the ADVANTAGE Help Desk to insure that your issue is addressed in a timely manner.

Continue to call Information Technology’s Computer Desktop Support Help Desk (215-400-5555) for technical issues, requesting Mainframe IDs, resetting revoked Mainframe IDs and any other non-Advantage related Issues.

ADVANTAGE Training

The Systems Administration Unit provides training in the ADVANTAGE Finance and HR/Payroll Systems. This training is available to new and current School District Employees that require ADVANTAGE during the course of their daily work schedule. Training sessions are offered several times a month throughout the year and are offered at both the basic and intermediate levels.
