Who Has Access to the ILP?

• All students, grades K-12, enrolled in non-charter schools of The School District of Philadelphia
• All District students for two calendar years from the date of being coded "withdrawn" for reasons including:
  • Placement in an in-county or out-of-county placement facility
  • Graduation from high school
• Parents and guardians via FamilyNet (view-only)
• Counselors, Teachers, and other school staff with access to student profiles in SchoolNet
