To apply for High School fill out the High School Application.  Be sure to read both front and back of the form and return it to the Office of Student Placement.

For your convenience, and to learn more about the School District of Philadelphia High Schools, you may reference the following documents:

• Roxborough High School.

To learn more about Charter Schools, you may reference the Charter School Directory provided by the Urban Affairs Coalition.

To find out what the Percentage Score is for the PSSA test, click on the 2011 PSSA Conversion Chart.

To apply for Elementary or Middle School, fill out the Elementary / Middle School Application.  Be sure to read both front and back of the form and return it to the Office of Student Placement.

Parents are also encouraged to learn more about our Middle Schools through the Middle School Guide or Directory of Special Admission Middle Schools.

Make sure to fill out a Student Data Transcript in its entirety and forward it to the schools listed on your application.  Schools without all the proper information will not be able to make a informed decision.
