Mr. Ramos is an attorney with the law firm of Trujillo Rodriguez and Richards, LLC and leads his firm's government, education and social sector practice.  Mr. Ramos served on the Board of Education from 1995 through 2001 with his last two years as President of the Board, and has also served as City Solicitor and Managing Director of the City of Philadelphia as well as Vice President & Chief of Staff to the former president of the University of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Ramos serves on several civic and professional associations and is a member of the boards of Project H.O.M.E., United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia Zoo, and the Independence Foundation. 

Mr. Ramos graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 1992 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1987.  Mr. Ramos is a product of Philadelphia public schools which spanned his entire K-12 education.
