    Review PSERS site for rules and requirements for purchase service. If your uncredited service was rendered at the School District of Philadelphia, submit your  original, signed request, Purchase of Service, to the Office of Retirement.  Our Walk-in Customer Service hours are:

    Monday through Thursday: 9AM to 5PM

    Fridays: By prior appointment only
