Transition SchoolsTransition SchoolsDirectory of Transition SchoolsThe following Transition Schools serve as temporary alternative settings for students who have committed Level 2 violations of the Code of Conduct. They provide a highly engaging academic program that promotes educational, social, and emotional development in preparation for successful transition back to another academic placement. These programs feature structured classrooms, personalized learning strategies, curricular options, and academic progress monitoring in an alternative education setting. Camelot Program
Crossroads Programs (District-Managed)
Please note that some students who are assigned to transition programs may be placed at one of the Philadelphia Learning Academies, to accommodate their behavioral needs, or to best serve their transportation needs. |
