Parent Portal

The School District of Philadelphia is proud to present a new tool that parents and family members will be able to use to stay connected to their child and their school. The School District of Philadelphia Parent & Family Portal gives you access to valuable information about your child's education and school. You will be able to view your child's academic history, test results, attendance, and more. You can also request to receive text messages, emails and/or phone calls about important issues that might impact your child, (i.e.  weather-related school closures and delays, attendance alerts and upcoming events of interest to families).

Many families will also have to use the portal for the elementary-middle and high school application process opening this fall for the 2015-2016 school year. Additional services will continue to be added over the coming months, including the annual parent survey.

In order to complete your registration for the Parent & Family Portal you will need:

  1. Your student's ID number
  2. A personal email address.  You can register for a free email account using Gmail, Yahoo, or a similar service.
  3. Access to the telephone number on file at your student's school.

Once you have this information, click on the Parent & Family Portal icon, located above, to get started.
