Decentralized Purchasing Program

This unit implements the Decentralized Purchasing Program of the School District of Philadelphia.  Within the framework provided by the Pennsylvania School Code, Article VIII, Section 801 through 810 and Board policy, the Decentralized Purchasing Program provides the procedure for offices and schools in their purchases of supplies, furniture, equipment, textbooks and services using current contracts.
