Each month the School Reform Commission ("SRC") approves the award of all contracts over $25,000 with the School District of Philadelphia.  The Office of Procurement Services ("OPS") submits for approval of award all bids it issues exceeding $25,000 to the SRC.  The above link provides detailed information on all contracts awarded over $25,000 submitted by the OPS to the SRC.
