• Review Process for Technology Purchases - The procedure for ordering computers
• Request for Proposal Information - Provides guidance and assistance in the development of School District Request for Proposals (RFPs).

  • RFP Sample Template - Provides the framework of an RFP document

Internal SDP Forms

• MWBE  Solicitation Form - This form should be used by  contracting entities to affirm that opportunity was extended to local small businesses, including those owned by minorities or women.
• MWBE Request for Range of Participation - This form should be submitted by Offices to obtain a range of participation for their contracting opportunity.
• MWBE Participation Plan Form -This form should be completed by the contracted vendor.
• E-Procurement Website Ordering Form - This form should be filled out by SDP schools and offices to access online ordering.
