  1. What is Partner Match?
    The cost of providing nutrition education in Pennsylvania is shared by the Federal government and businesses.  The non-federal funds are referred to as partner match.  Partner Match is the portion of expenses that are not reimbursed by the Federal Government, but are locally funded from non-federal public or private sources.  
  2. How can I receive nutrition materials for my classroom if my school does not qualify for services?
    To find nutrition materials to use in your classroom, click on Programs and Services to find links to lessons, worksheets and resources for your classroom.  
  3. How can I get your program in my school?

    To qualify for our program, schools must meet eligibility requirements of the National School Meals Program:

     

    • 50% or more of the student population of the school must be eligible to receive free and/or reduced lunches under that National School Meals Program.
    • To find out if your school qualifies for our FREE services, contact Lisa Rudi-Davis at lrudi@philasd.org
    • Schools who do not qualify, have access to our wide range of lesson plans and activities available on this website.
