Our Vision

The Office of Leadership & Talent Development (OLTD) exists to support The School District of Philadelphia (SDP) by building human capacity through leadership and talent development by enhancing professional skills, and developing systems and strategies for improved effectiveness, primarily for leaders and teachers and throughout the organization.
