Information Systems

In Information Systems our main goal is to introduce technology that can minimize labor-intensive tasks and allow educators more time to focus on the core task of educating children.

We work to empower the SDP community by automating processes and tasks, providing access to data and business intelligence tools, and providing excellent customer service and support.

We maintain many applications, such as:

  • HR/Advantage system
  • School Computer Network (SCN) (Castor/Pollux)
  • Over 50 web-based applications such as Report Cards, Online Directory, CSAP
  • ScholarChip (attendance swipe cards)

We provide technology services, such as:

  • Building web-based applications
  • Data exports/data files
  • Vendor evaluations/technical integration questions
  • Help Desk
