Welcome to the Information Technology Help Desk (I.T. Help Desk)

We are a technical support team that provides prompt, knowledgeable and courteous computing support services over the telephone, through faxes received and via email to the employees and partners of the School District of Philadelphia. I.T. Help Desk is the central point of contact where all I.T. problems can be reported and questions can be answered. We will attempt to resolve the issue on the first call. If I.T. Help Desk cannot resolve the issue, we will escalate to second level, third level, or be directed to the appropriate person or department.

If you are a non-district employee and have a SDP technology issue that needs to be resolved please include the following information when you call/email:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your non-district location
  3. Your contact information (phone or email)
  4. Basic overview of the issue
