Records Management / Student Records

The Records Management Department, directed by Yvette Young, is comprised of the Student Records Information Center and the Records Storage Center.  Records Management is committed to meeting the needs of all former students, schools, administrative offices, and other requesting agencies.

The Records Storage Center is responsible for maintaining an up-to-date records storage system and ensuring that the School District meets all federal, state, and local legal requirements for records storage.  The office works with all schools and administrative offices to transfer records to long-term storage.

New hours in place for the (Former) Student Records Window

Monday, Wednesday, Friday hours – 9:00am to 12:00pm
Tuesday, Thursday hours – 10:00am to 2:00pm

 Student Records Department:

Student Records is the sister department to the Records Management department. This department processes applications for transcripts, subpeonas, disability records and special education records. For more information please call the phone number below.
