The email will come from Neil's School District email address. It will have a link in the body of the email. The recipient clicks on the link they will be taken to IKON TRAC. Only the machines requiring meter reads will be viewed. The contact then needs to impute the meter read. Click SUBMIT.

Please Note: Only Non networked machine need to be reported. As more machines become networked they will drop off the emails.

Going Green

Did you know that most organizations...?
  • Make 19 copies of each document
  • Spend $20 in labor filing each document
  • Spend $120 in labor searching for every misfiled document
  • Spend 25 hours recreating each lost document
  • Lose 7.5% of all documents; Misfile 3% of the remainder
  • Spend 5-15% of their time reading information, but up to 50% looking for it.

Copier Connection Hazards

Please take fire hazards seriously!

Below are images of hazardous connections (do not duplicate). Your RICOH copier should be plugged directly into a wall outlet, NOT into an extension cord and NOT into a surge protector. It is also very important that the outlet is three pronged, in order to ground the copier and prevent shock and/or electrocution.

***Caution*** Any copiers connected in a hazardous manner will be disconnected temporarily until the hazard is addressed by the Building Engineer, or School District of Philadelphia Copier Contract Manager.
