The Proposed Revised Rightsizing Policy outlines the criteria that will guide all decisions that are made as part of the "Imagine Great Schools" facilities master plan. This document contains definitions of rightsizing options (e.g. boundary change, grade configuration) as well as factors that will be taken into consideration for each school in order to guide deliberations (e.g. academic performance, building condition). A timeline and next steps are included as well.
Based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders the Proposed Revised Rightsizing Policy has been updated.

The Proposed Adaptive Reuse Policy sets forth the manner in which the School District will implement and administer a process for facilities that are closed and are designated as unused and unnecessary. This policy details how the School District will seek to sell and repurpose those facilities.

The SRC is seeking public comment and input on the proposed Rightsizing and Adaptive Reuse Policies prior to adoption on June 13th. Comments may be submitted using the "contact" form. You can also submit oral or written testimony at the following SRC meetings: June 8 or June 13. Directions on how to register as a speaker can be found here.
Hard copies of each policy can be found at the Parent and Family Resource Centers beginning Tuesday, May 31st. Center locations can be found here.
