Help Desks and Support Centers

  • Assign a MDC, TTL, Webpublisher - Online application Role Access Delegation (RAD) for Principals ONLY to assign a Mobile Device Coordinator (MDC), a Technology Teacher leader (TTL) and/or Webpublisher for their schools.
    • The principal should go to RAD if they want to newly assign a MDC, TTL, or Webpublisher or change the current MDC, TTL, or Webpublisher.
  • Assign Wireless Access Manager (WAM) PDF - Online application for Principals ONLY to assign WAM(s) for their school. This must be done to obtain wireless guests access and enable devices on the wireless network.
  • Copier Support - The contact information for IKON support is on a sticker which should be affixed to the front of all the units.
  • IT Help Desk - Use the SDP Portal
    • What is the School District of Philadelphia’s New Customer Portal?
    • Provides a single-point of contact to receive help on various computer issues.
    • Provides a database of current and completed work orders.
    • No need to call into 215-400-5555 to set-up an on-site technician visit or to ask the help desk a question.
    • For Security purposes, you will still need to call the Help Desk for password resets.

    • Email Passwords (Collaboration Center/Zimbra)
      • New employees to the district can call the IT Help Desk at 215-400-5555 to get their email passwords and information about how to access the Collaboration Center (Zimbra) for email and calendar access.
      • Email passwords can be reset by calling the Information Technology Help Desk at 215-400-5555.
