Textbook Storage System Information

A system has been developed to help schools manage this asset. The Textbook Storage System provides each school with the ability to accurately document the quantity and storage location for each textbook throughout the school year as well record how the books were distributed from storage. Various categories are available to indicate how the books were distributed.

FYI - If a consumable workbook has an ISBN number, then yes, it should be recorded in the Textbook Storage System, if not, it need not be recorded. 

Accessing the System

1. Go to the School District of Philadelphia's main website, http://www.philasd.org
2. Click Login under the logo in the upper left hand corner.
3. Enter your school district e-mail username and password (userid@philasd.org).
4. Click Login.
5. Click on the Textbook Storage System icon.
