The Empowerment Schools Initiative supports schools through an action planning process.  Through the collection and analysis of student performance data, setting priorities for program improvements, rigorous use of effective solution strategies and ongoing monitoring of results, it provides a structured means to improve teaching and learning to meet state content and performance standards.
