The Office of Empowerment Schools Support 
provides comprehensive services to underperforming schools within the district especially those schools not making adequate yearly progress (AYP).
OUR MISSION
The mission of the Office of Empowerment Schools Support is to accelerate achievement for all students by removing barriers to teaching and learning, providing laser-focused, coherent, integrated and sustainable support to schools. These schools receive highly targeted instructional and non-instructional resources to improve student learning. Supports and services are concentrated in four areas:
- Instruction
- Student and Family Services
- Leadership
- Operations
