Requesting Your Employee File
All current employees are entitled to a copy of their personnel file once per school year at no cost. To obtain a copy, submit a request in writing to the Office of Employee Records with the following information:
- Employee's Signature
- Employee ID#
- Valid Photo Identification
- Current Contact Information
Please fax your request to 215-400-4781 or mail to the Office of Employee Records. You may also use the Employee Verification & Records Request Form found under Documents as well as outside our office.
Prior employees can obtain a copy of their file by submitting the same information as well as a money order for $7.50.
