The School District of Philadelphia Office of Employee Records is an integral part of The Office of Talent & Development (Human Resources). This office offers a range of employee services, in addition to maintaining personnel record files for over 25,000 active employees.

The Office of Employee Records is your link to accessing your personnel record files. All employees are able to submit a written request for a copy of their personnel file once yearly at no cost to the employee. The office also researches prior service and tenure for teachers, and verifies employment for social security, disability and accident claims for employees.
