Overview

Design Management provides architectural and engineering design expertise and services to all areas and departments of the School District as provided for by the adoption of the Capital Projects Program and the General Operating Fund as they relate to alterations, improvements and new construction projects.

Responsiblities include

•  initiation of the design process
• analysis of approved programs
• budget constraints
• design schedules
• assignment of projects
• fee structures
• staffing capabilities
• forensic investigation
• research of archival information
• site surveys
