Construction Management oversees 250 to 400 various projects that value from 460 to $100 million. These figures represent multiple fiscal year projects in various phases.

Responsibilities include: 

• preliminary review of  design
• notification and coordination of project expectations
• coordination of all construction trades
• compliance and quality assurance of contract drawings
• contract modification support and documentation
• pre-approved payment schedules via daily inspections and periodic progress
• review of schematic design drawings for value engineering and constructibility
• project initiation
• scheduling, site access, safety, security, permits, submittals for approvals, requests
• conflict resolution
• claims analysis
