Design Management provides architectural and engineering design expertise and services to all areas and departments of the school district as provided for by the adoption of the Capital Projects Program and the General Operating Fund as they relate to alterations, improvements and new construction projects.

Construction Management

Director of Construction Management

Construction Management is charged with executing each capital project from Architect of Record assignment to Construction Contract closeout and finalization within the approved time, within the approved budget, and in accordance with established quality parameters. Construction Management provides direction to accomplish each construction project scope through control of cost and schedule, and quality assurance oversight. Program Project managers are supported in this effort by in-house staff personnel and by Construction Management Firms under Professional services contracts to the District.
