Publicity Request Form - School District of Philadelphia schools and administrative offices that would like to publicize events or accomplishments are invited to fill out and submit the Publicity Request Form. Office of Communications’ staff then will “pitch” these events to the news media using the information provided on the completed form."
Audio-Visual Services Requests - Audio visual and technician support for administrative meetings and school events such as: LCD and overhead projectors, portable public address equipment, televisions, VHS/DVD players are available for loan. All requests for equipment loan or set-up must be made at least two days in advance. Loan equipment must be picked up and returned to the Office of Communications, PSTV52 Suite 102, at 440 N. Broad Street with proper School District ID.
